Taqueria Tequila Jalisco has been serving Seguin from our spot on E Kingsbury Street, where the griddle never really stops and the salsa is always fresh. We cook the way our family back in Jalisco taught us — hand-pressed tortillas, slow-simmered rice and beans, and meats that spend real time on the grill before they ever hit a plate.

Our regulars know us for the chalupas piled high with shredded chicken, fresh avocado, lettuce and tomato, and for combo plates that pair crispy tacos, enchiladas and burrito frito with rice that comes out light and fluffy every time. On the mariscos side, our fried whole fish and camarones a la diabla bring the coast to Seguin, no passport required.
